It will cost a lot via apple usually, sometimes they give new ipods(reconditioned) ones out. Go in and ask?

I broke the glass on my iPhone 3GS and it cost £60 to fix online - Apple were about double IIRC

Pretty cheap down here in manchester. Had both a screen and the digitizer changed on a mates ipod touch for about £35, fitted

Really you should not be paying more than £25 for replacing the glass (this includes the digitiser but not the LCD itself).
