Deletes all apps on iphone when connect to different pc

I purchased a new pc recently and when i sync it wipes all my apps and music so it matches the fresh install. Is there anyway to change this I believe since its a different pc it wipes apps. Is there anyway to make my new pc the primary one and transfer the apps from the iphone onto there

If you activate the new computer with the same account as the iPhone I believe apps will be transferred across but not music.

Besides, you should just copy the iTunes folder off the old computer, and if you can't then you should have a backup really.
