I've been cleaning my parents computers out this weekend, and hit upon a problem. I was tidying up their music folders, when one of the files threw up a cyclic redundancy check error. Fearing for the hard drive, I ran a checkdisk through the right click hard drive>tools>error checking with both boxes ticked, and restarted so it could do it at startup. During the first of the 5 stages, it threw up lots of unreadable volumes I think, but I didn't sit through the whole thing. When I checked back, it was at the login screen, so I guess everything else was fine. Now, when I try and delete the file, it tells me that its corrupted. Fine, but I want to delete it. How?
