Delid-Die-Mate X or Rockit 99?

Hi all and Happy Easter!

Looking to delid a 7900X due to the poor temps caused by the stock tim.

Does any one have any experience or knowledge of both to advise me which would be a better option?

I'm pretty nervous about delidding such an expensive CPU and any info or advice will be greatly appreciated!

I bought and used a Rockit88 to delid my 4690k last October. It worked perfectly and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their products. Just take care when you delid it, and it'll be fine, as it's very easy with these kinds of tools.

Rockitcool had a video guide on their web page as well, which I found really useful.

I replaced the stock TIM with Coollaboratory Liquid Ultra then put the lid back on, and now it runs somewhere between 10-15 degrees cooler than it did previously. I don't have any scientific tests but I'd say that's a fair estimate without exaggerating.
