Sorry for posting this here, but don't know where else to post it :D

I placed an order at 1:15 PM today and paid for Saturday delivery (tomorrow). However, it is now 9:20 PM and my order is showing "In our warehouse queue".

Is there any chance that my order will arive on time? Do the OcUK staff work this late on a Friday?

Cheers for any info on this.
 
Your order will show as "In our warehouse queue" until scanned by couriers warehouse IIRC... Wouldnt hold your breath :(
 
well i ordered mine at 2:30ish and paid for next day del also phoned just to confirm it will arrive tomorrow.................but all i get is "Printed in our warehouse" :(
 
It should be with you guys by tomorrow.

But of course, OcUK can just get off the hook saying the delivery is for the saturday aftter.

It will take personal values for OcUk to refund the difference in delivery cost.
 
:D they could except for the email showing what you ordered, what time and at the bottom clearly stating "next day delivery (Saturday)" :D


hopefully it should be here tomorrow :)
 
Did you order before 3pm ?

Ocuk are good though.. my last order was at 2.50pm and i got it next day.... it's not just down to Ocuk, but the couriers aswell (*$ity link)....


I see you placed order before that... so hopefully it will be with you tomorrow. If if is'nt with you tomorrow, contact Ocuk and find out whats goin on!!!

Thanks for giving me hope guys. Just checked this morning, and my order is still showing as "In our warehouse queue" :(

Also called City Link, and they have no deliveries for my post code today :(

I actually placed my order at 1:17PM and selected Saturday Delivery. It then gave me a choice of either 20th or 27th of Jan. I obviously selected 20th.

One of the items on my order is now showing as "Out of stock", but there were 3 showing when I placed the order. Maybe the numbers shown on the web are not accurate and it really is out? :confused:

I will give them a call when they open this morning. I know they are good with deliveries, so I still hold a bit of hope.

If it arrives today, I will definitely post here.

OK, just called to find out where my order is, and I was told it did not leave the warehouse last night! The guy I spoke to confirmed that all my items were in stock, and could not give a reason why this happened. :( He also said he would double-check the stock and email me if something is out.

I had my whole weekend planned out, and now I will not see my order until Tuesday (at the earliest - assuming things don't go out of stock between now and then).

I have heard really good reports about OcUK deliveries from other members, but now I am really disappointed. :(

I have been refunded the difference between standard delivery and next day (Saturday) delivery.

I hope kidkhaos has more luck.

just phoned up none of my items were out of stock, but it just never made it out for some reason.

i just cancelled my order as i couldn't be bothered, really wanted it for 2day. oh well :D
 
I've now received an email to say it has now been dispatched. Should be with me Monday or Tuesday.

But I still don't know why it wasn't dispatched yesterday :(
 
Best thing to do with specific shop enquiries and order questions like this is to ring / webnote the shop. They should be able to help you more :)
