Hi guys not sure this is the correct place to post this but i woke up early to head to work i managed to get a 5000 series card yesterday paid for it accepted had emails telling me its on its way today then saw in Dpd App and then on overclockers that my order Return to consignor has been requested at 11.18pm

To make it clear i have requested nothing from my side i was sleeping and i checked all details are correct and payment went threw and everything was fine

Should i be worried cause i do not want my ordered cancelled or have to wait weeks to get it has anyone else had this happen to them with Overclockers and Dpd?

This is a Copy of the delivery i see on orders

The consignor is the sender of a consignment while the consignee is the receiver of the consignment.

Based on your description it would be the retailer who requested it be returned. You will need to get in touch with them to find out why.

Bumping this thread as exact same thing happened to me today with my 5090 order. Order was shipped from Overclockers via DPD yesterday, got to my local depot, then "Exception: Return to consignor has been requested". Shipment wasn't attempted as it just shopped last night...

Should note payment was fully processed and completed, and I'm now sitting here with a £2400 charge on my card worried nothing is coming. What the what is going on with delivery?

Edit: Also should mention my address (with OCUk and DPD is exactly as it should be)

I would raise a thread in the Customer Service section, very few OCUK employees loiter around in GD

I was initially willing to pay the RRP (£1939) for the 5090 FE card and not a penny more.

In hindsight I'm very glad I didn't get one of those either, what with the ROPS issue, lack of PhysX 32 bit etc and not huge increase over the 4090.

I note even that price of those has dropped now to £1889 on the Nvidia site.

Just a (non)update here... DPD status of "Your parcel is going to be returned back to Overclockers" has remained unchanged since Thursday afternoon. I spoke with OCUK customer service Friday morning who said they would notify me once parcel had been returned to them. If package looks intact/undamaged, they would reship, and if there's an issue, send a replacement -- nothing yet. They had no idea why the item was being resent to them, and everything looks right with shipping details. I'm waiting until EOD Monday for a definite resolution at this point - no longer. This isn't my issue to resolve or spend time chasing.

Super frustrating as I've been trying to get a 5090 since launch. Preorder (with a queue that hardly moved), stock trackers, constant site checks/F5-ing... I finally get one and it ends up Gods know where. Also, the fact I've now paid £2400 without goods and no ETA is really irksome.

Take it as a sign from God that £2400 is a ludicrous amount of money for a graphics card and take opportunity to step away from the madness :p

Can you really notice a step up from a £2400 graphics card from one costing half as much, it sounds eye watering

Fair enough . Ironically, my hope was this purchase would actually allow me to step away from buying PC parts for a while.

I do actually find it quite "strange" this is the first time out of propably hundreds of items over the years I've bought for delivery where I've seen this message... And neither DPD nor OCUK know why (or are willing to say) -- and they have no updates to provide. I could understand "Parcel will be returned to Consignor" if DPD couldn't deliver it, but in this case, the item just seems to have gotten to the depot, then immediately turned back around to the go back to the sender/OCUK.

I like to think so. Or, at least that's what I tell my wife ;)

And I'm not just using it for gaming... Some homebrew LLM and CUDA stuff.
