Delivery Confusion

I finally decided to shell out for a new pre build pc, I paid the extra fee to have it shipped on Saturday ( due to work ) but I've received no email regarding the pc.. I believe I ordered it on Wednesday eve, after reading over the shipping options I was led to believe my order would be here today but I've heard nothing. No email from Overclockers ( since I placed my order ) and no email from DPD. I'm full of Copium hoping it will come today but I'm unsure :( anyone with any advice or knowledge about this?
 
I’ve not ordered a prebuilt before but around this time of year a day to build doesn’t sound like enough time.

They won’t have processed it till Thursday and it will have needed to have been despatched yesterday.

Hate to break it to you but you’re best giving them a call when they’re open and asking but I’d imagine they’ve got longer lead times at the moment.
There's no information on the website regarding Christmas except this "We recommended ordering by Friday 20th December to avoid disappointment, however we will ship Monday 23rd December." and the delivery options for pre build pc's show that they'll be shipped Next day.

This isn't a Custom pre build its just a pre build that I'm assuming would already be made and ready to go. if they can do next day delivery why have I gotten zero information over 3 days? I just don't understand.
 
Unfortunately from reports on here it seems they're really not great at sticking to the times they state they can deliver these sorts of products, which is a great shame. I have no issue with delays and long lead times but there really is no excuse for completely failing to communicate them. If you want more information unfortunately you're going to have to chase for it. Your best bet on this is to post within the customer service forum (https://forums.overclockers.co.uk/link-forums/ocuk-customer-service.184/) with your order number and the full context of your order, and also give them a call.
Thanks I've made a support ticket via your link! Its not the end of the world just a lil frustrating.
