Delivery from ocuk

Hi chaps.

Placed an order last night (9/11) about half 10 and paid for delivery for next day delivery before 12.

Didn't expect to receive it today as I missed the cut off but its now 16:45 and it still hasn't been dispatched. Does anyone know if this is normal?

Basically my mobo died somehow so I have urgently ordered a replacement board which is due to come from ocuk. I am unable to work from home without my pc. So I am currently having to use annual leave whilst I try and fix the issue.

Any advice would be really appreciated. I cant get through to ocuk via the phone.

Yeah my last 2 orders were both shipped late, so no next day.
No 3rd chance from me go elsewhere that sticks to the next day.

Not even an apology. I do get free next day but it should still be next day. If it's paid for it is have kicked up a fuss or just phone and told them to cancel the order.

Im sorry to hear that.

Well ill give them the benefit of the doubt for now. If my items don't turn up after spending 18quid on delivery I'll be pretty miffed.
