Delivery Query

Hey guys,

I put this in the relevant sub-forum related to orders but didn't hear back.

Yesterday (25th) at 12:44pm I ordered something and asked for it to be delivered tomorrow (it was available on the drop-down menu) but it's showing as in the warehouse queue, does that mean delivery later today (26th) is out of the question?

Would need to ask in the customer service forum or via webnote to get a definite reason - but unlikely its coming on the 26th if you don't have a despatch email by now.

Could be out of stock or stock was coming in the same day, busy day in the warehouse or anything. (if theres one thing I wish OcUK would improve on is the response when something is delayed or out of stock).
