First of all, my apologies if this belongs in a different thread!
So I've never ordered from Overclockers before. I've certainly heard of the place as it's in my neck of the woods here in Stoke-on-Trent. Basically I ordered a HDMI 2.1 Gaming Monitor around 4pm today with the next day delivery service. I was lead to believe from the website that you would receive it the following day if A) it's in stock, and B) the order is placed before 5pm. It's now 9pm and my order is still not even showing as "order preparation" when I check the order in my account, and I'm now concerned that I won't get it tomorrow which is my one and only day off this week. Surely next day delivery should mean exactly that if you meet the criteria, such as the cut off time?
Can someone who has ordered tell me how the delivery/dispatch works? Is it likely to update during the night perhaps? Cheers!
