Delivery question

I have a receipt from OCuK saying delivery of my new graphics card is tuesday 3rd May. I ordered it on thursday. In the email I also got from OCuK, it says:

"Consignments will be trackable at DX's website from approximately 11pm on the day of despatch - or 11pm the next working day in the case of weekend or bank holiday despatch."

Since tomorrow is a bank holiday, the first time the consigment would be available to track would presumably be tuesday night from about 11pm. So does this mean I won't actually get it till wednesday?

Thanks, hope it does arrive tuesday as I'm in all day. Don't really want to wait in all day if it's not going to arrive, that's why I asked.

Cheers. Yeah, tracking not showing yet. I put the consigment number into their website box, but it says 'Sorry, this combination of tracking number and postcode do not correspond with our records. Please check and try again.'

If it was ordered after the shipping cut off on Thursday it probably won't ship till tomorrow, but you may want to post in the CS section (I'd guess if you got the shipping email from OCUK Thursday it'll be a case of DX's site not updating - I've had similar with HDNL in the past where the tracking was running well behind the package).

I just realised that I ordered it 5.11pm wednesday.and not thursday as I'd said in my OP, so it should actually have been shipped thursday. I just rang OCuK sales and they'd shipped it friday and couldn't give me a reason why it wasn't shipped thursday. Now I won't get the delivery till tomorrow since DX won't have collected it till this afternoon,which accounts for my tracking number not known on their website. I just knew it wouldn't come today. Come on OCuK, get your act together :mad:

Should be today Aslong as it was collected then it should arrive today.

It's not DX Secure at fault with my delivery, it's OCuK. Had they got it ready for shipping on thursday instead of friday, mine would also be arriving today.

Thanks. Done. Was more about DX having a smaller vehicle than DPD and not having space to fit all the warehouse products awaiting shipping on the thursday from my understanding.
