I placed an order this week for a few bits on a sim setup and opted for Saturday DPD delivery. I received an email yesterday to confirm that my order had been shipped, The issue is that I was not provided any tracking information and unfortunately, I was then in a location without any signal and could not contact OCUK for it. I have a DPD account but there is nothing showing on my app to be delivered to me. Also, on the OCUK site, there is nothing showing on my orders page for updates, it is just saying shipped. I have previously used that service before and there were updates provided. Not sure what is happening here, Does anyone have any experience with this?
