Delivery Saturday

If I ordered a PC Thursday at 5pm. Payed £15 for saturday delivery, does that mean it will come today? Had no dispatched email or tracking number.. but that’s why I thought I was paying the £15 to get this Saturday delivery..

If you pay for Saturday delivery and it doesn't arrive on Saturday, ask for a refund.

I guess it depends if it’s standard delivery inc. Saturdays or next day inc. Saturdays?

im on near situation as him (ordered on friday instead), and didnt received dispatch email either, probably they are really busy to coop with all deliveries....

Yeah, just wondering if they’d send the dispatch email today & it would arrive today as well..

I ordered 4pm Friday, clicked Saturday.. I’m assuming the PC is prebuilt? But surely they wouldn’t charge you £15 if it was the week after Saturday.. need to be clearer on deliveries

I wonder if it will come later tonight? My mother ordered a package yesterday and DPD messaged her this morning.. but I’ve had nothing for my PC I ordered

If you've not had a flurry of emails from couriers etc. then I wouldn't hold out much hope for delivery today.

Products that are made to order such as PCs or component bundles will usually take a little longer. Dispatch of these products can take anywhere between 5 and 14 working days. Please see the individual product description for more information.

What did the individual product page say?

I would expect the Saturday delivery uplift will apply regardless of whether it was tomorrow or in two weeks, it's a premium to get it on a non working day, not ASAP.

A PC build probably has some lead time already, I'd be surprised if they were able to do it in such a short time. Give em a call just in case, maybe able to change delivery to normal Mon-Fri for reduced cost, otherwise it could be turning up next Saturday.
