Im trying to reduce the temps on my new 1330 laptop, iv just applied some AS5 to my cpu in my dell laptop as the stuff they had used seemed abit crap, and was just wondering if anyone knew of good replacements for the thermal pads used on the chipset and gfx chip? i cant really use AS5 as the distance between heatsink and chip is too much. Those shin etsu pads people say are good look too thin to me? anyone else tried anything similar?
