Dell 1720 problem

[SB-1937]

I having problems when playing music via mp3 & normal cd`s ,when on the internet or opening programs the sound judders,i have uninstall the drivers 3 times and reinstalled but still getting the same results,not sure why this is happening.

Any ideas
