Dell 1907FP?

it's using an 8ms TN Film panel which looks to be the same Samsung panel as used in popular models like the Hyundai L90D+, Samsung 913N etc. Take a look in the sticky for info about these including reviews and user comments :)
 
It's funny that Dell US are quoting 500 contrast ratio, and UK are quoting 700 contrast ratio. They are also quoting 8ms black to white response.
