Dell 2005 - 20" Widescreen Input?

I have a Dell 20" WS connected to my PC via DVI - DVI. I also have a macbook which connects DVI-DVI, is there anything I can use to have both connected at the same time? I would only use one at a time, but it would be easier than swapping the video cable from the X1900XT all the time!

DVI switches and KVMs exist, but I've yet to see one at a sane price.

Any other type of input I could use, such as DVI --> >?? from the X1900XT or from my miniDVI adapter on the mac?
