They're not on the box either.

I've just had to return one myself, couldn't do it through the website and had to ring them with my order number instead.

i have got a work order number on my box... begins with 33..............

I don't think its that one either. I tried putting in a number from the box when I was putting in a support request on Dell's website, and it came up as one of their PC's.
