My 2007WFP, which I bought in Jan 07 is suffering from some pretty bad image retention along the top of it. I only noticed it a few days ago when a web page had been left on the screen for roughly 3 hours and it had failed to go into standby mode.
After leaving it switched off for 24 hours or so, it disappeared, but has since re-appeared after I was looking at a website for roughly 30 mins or so last night.
I know it's covered by the 3 year warranty, but what are the chances of getting it replaced if I no longer have the original packaging?
