Hi,
I'm looking to buy 2 x 2209WA monitors after everyone reviewing them well on here.

Is "REV A01" the latest revision of this monitor as I saw some threads mentioning a second revision.

Also if there is, are there any major differences between the diff revisions.

Any input greatly appreciated.

Thanks

The one I ordered from OCUK (and arrived yesterday), is an A01 if that's any help :)

It's looking like a great monitor so far BTW :)

How is this for input lag? From what I can tell Dell have horrible QC but great customer service? With all the issues with the 120Hz 22" I'm still undecided....

It's a really great monitor, I haven't got anything negative to say about it at all. The build quality is fantastic, the stand is really sturdy which came as a surprise as I've seen a lot monitors that get compared with it with quite flimsy stands.

Got mine calibrated with a Spyder2. Well pleased. OCUK delivery was spot on as usual again.

think im about to purchase mine too...
petty it was £40 or thereabouts less when I bought my samsung 2443BW which was broken, then I got a replacement which was also broken, then i got a refund... when i was so close to buying the 2209WA instead :S

Thanks to this thread and a few others, I've decided to get this monitor :). Should be awesome going by most of the reviews.

Enjoy....even with the price hike its still an awesome deal. Got mine when they were £190 but after using it would be happy to pay around the £300 mark

+1 for the Dell - wish I had a pair as it is much better than the other monitor on my desktop. Am watching the prices!

I was going to wait for it to drop but I just snapped one up yesterday when the stock went below 10+. Sure they might get more in, and sure they might go down in price. But what it £40 when you are making sure you have the perfect monito? Shame the samsung I wanted was broken twice in a row when the 2209WA was £210 :(

Some of the computer industries are quite wobbly atm, who knows what products could be at the end of their lifecycle at any time.
