Dell 2407 (A04) 1:1 issue?

Hi guys,
Just today received my 2407 A04 and I seem to be having an issue regarding 1:1 pixel mapping.

I have my monitor hooked up to my Xbox 360 via the VGA cable running at 1080p however, if I select either 1:1 or 'Aspect' there seems to be a horizontal tear across the middle of the monitor. If I chose 'Fill', there is no tear and everything is fine.

Does anyone else see this on theirs?

Ah, turning the 360 on before the monitor seems to fix it. Very weird issue though.
