Just about to buy one of these monitors. Does this monitor suffer with any issues ie . ghosting. Bad back light bleed etc ?

No ghosting issues like the 2407-HC suffers from, as for backlight bleed, each unit is different but this model doesn't generally suffer from the problem.
A03 revision is a good one, the only thing it lacks compared to the A04 is 1:1 pixel mapping which is useful for input of 1080p HD sources without scaling.
