Dell 2407 stand stuck!

I've just moved and after setting up my computer again I can't seem to move the screen up on my monitor.

As in the title there it is a 2407 24" dell. It can still swivel fine I just can't move it up and down and it is stuck at the lowest height.

There looks to be a button on the back of the stand but it doesn't budge, any ideas?

duh, have to push the monitor down and that lets you press the button in which releases some kinda catch and I can slide it up and down again now

just replying in case anyone else has this problem
