Dell 2407 WFP.....

Thinking of replacing a Dell 2407 WFP, its still in good working order and am wonder which monitors would be a good upgrade from it?

Been using it since 2007 for gaming and totally out of touch with monitors.

24" or bigger.

Primarily for gaming.

1920x1200 maybe a little higher but dont want to get stuck trying to run too high a native resolution.

Good viewing angle.

Response time & refresh rate?

Little concern about connections other then standard GPU connections.

I've just upgraded to the ROG Swift from the Dell 2407-HC that I also had since about 2007 and I couldn't be any more pleased. I'd definately make the reccomendation of going from 24" 1200p to 27" 1440p as theres a huge difference in sharpness and you get a little more physical size. Having said that though I've also found the jump from 60hz to 144hz to be great as well as everything feels so much more "fluid".

Unfortunately when you combine those two improvements you end up wanting 1440p and 144hz and that pretty much is only the ROG Swift.
