Dell 2407FPW - Which revision fixed which problems?

I know there's been an A01, A02, A03 and A04's are creeping up in various countries.

I own an A02 and really love it apart from it's colour banding problem and the fact it forgets what input you select when using PIP.

What I'd like to know is what revisions fix these problems if any?
