Dell 2408 Drivers

There arn't any on the drivers disk, just the manual. The monitor shows as a 'Generic Monitor' in Vista and is no problem, but the disk that came with it says:

Drivers
Setup Guide
User Guide

Am I missing something.

Hi Mick,

I got my monitor 2408wfp about a week ago. Look in the folder called windows xp and vista at root of the dvd. The drivers are in there. They are not an exe. So you need to go to device manager and install from there. If you dont know how to do this then let me know and i guide you.

Alternatively you can find them on Dell's website.

Thanks for that, I've managed to update the driver, now showing Dell 2408.
