i have sky tv and a dell 2450fpw 24inch can i connect them together im using a tv card at the mo so im looking to increase the quality.

do you have basic sky box or sky +?

Not sure if sky+ has componant out but if it does then you should be able to conect straight to your dell using this method - otherwise i think you should be able to find a scart >>> componant lead from a highstreet electronics shop

its just the ordinary sky not plus

if your lucky you would have a Grundig Sky box. That has an S-Video output, just connect that straight to the Dell. I have the Grundig going through a Canopus ADVC-100 video converter then to firewire. HD resolution Sky
