I bought a Dell 24" from OcUK at a good price, delivered next day as promised, then decided on opening the top flap only, didnt take it out, that it wasn't big enough. No problems said OcUK bring it back. So I did and my money was refunded and within two days the 27" came in stock and I bought that from OcUK. Well done OcUK and thanks.
Now to the 27", I have colour profiled it with a Spyder and it is great, but I hate the touch buttons for adjustments, although now it is profiled I shouldn't need to use them, but if you do, beware. It can take 4 or 5 touches before a response, so please Dell consider improving them or go back to proper switches.
Was it worth the extra for the bigger monitor, not sure, it sits beside the 20" I have used for a couple years and that is adequate so the 24" would have been.

I'm loving mine, haven't had any problems with the touch buttons - but haven't done much fiddling yet, just set it so it keeps aspect ratio and changed the colour do the Adobe RGB preset.

One thing about those buttons that really could use a bit of changing is that when the monitor's on and in use, there's just the blue power light, when it goes to power saving mode (i.e. I've turned the PC off and want to go to sleep) it has a bright blue LED on and a flashing orange power light.

is there not an option to turn the light off?.. do you turn the monitor off by the button or leave it on stand by all night?

there is an option to turn the light off - just turn the monitor off - but I can't do that without getting out of bed :p

also, I have the receiver for my remote in the handy side USB ports - so I couldn't turn it back on from bed if the monitor was on either.

it's not a big problem for me, I just think it's strange that this LED which isn't usually on comes on when the monitor's in "power save" mode.
