Dell 7000 micro reset bios password?

Got one from these from online reseller but can't install anything as when I try to boot from usb via bios asks for password to select boot device so can't even install windows any help?
 
I've never had to do it on a Micro, but the other optiplex workstations there is normally a password reset jumper (labelled PSWD) on the motherboard. You just take the jumper out of this slot, boot the PC, turn it back off and replace jumper pins.
 
No jumper on the micros and this one's the 12th gen intel version. From a bit of Googling seems like only dell can do it :(
 
If anyone runs into this issue. I raised a support query with dell, they asked me to send a copy of invoice from the reseller I got the unit from and told them it was used. They made me take a photo of the service tag with my name and date on a bit of paper next to it and gave me the master bios code.
