Dell 8500 or hurricane

Hi wanting to buy a new desktop but so many to choose from. I love playing sim games ie.fsx so want to play these on ultra settings,also want it to be a good multimedia machine for photoshop etc.Think i narrowed it down to two machines the dell 8500 i7 3770 (3.40ghz) 2tb,gtx660 1.5gb or ** No competitors ** i5 3570k (4.5ghz) 1tb gtx660 2gb. Or open to other ideas i have buget of about £900 must include monitor in price. Grateful to your ideas

Would you be willing to build it yourself as you can choose your parts entirely and can be a little cheaper.

I wouldn't personally go for either as they're based on Ivybridge (last gen), so here's some current gen alternatives
