Dell 9575 and blue stop code?

Hi guys, I have the dell 9575 (lovely machine) but I keep randomly getting a Windows blue error screen and the computer will freeze/reset etc?

Its a blue windows stop code and has a picture of a qr scan logo?

It sticks at 0% but reboots too quickly for me to get a picture.

Is there any way to find out what is causing this issue by a form of log file?

If it works for a while normally I'd suggest doing a backup of files that you need and just doing a reset of windows.

Alternatively run a chdsk scan, a memtest scan to rule out memory or storage
