Dell cooler

I have just been updating the graphics card and operating system in my daughters elederly P4 3.0 HT based dell Dimension 5150 desktop and was quite surprised by the CPU cooler. It has a huge heatsink and is encased in a tunnel type shroud which exhausts through a front recesed honeycombe grille.

Is it a green shroud by any chance?

No, its a black one.

Yeh, my Dad's old Dell was the same, I found it really weird, but quite a neat idea.
