Must have been put on hold and hung up on 5 times now. They have taken £403 from my account for something I never needed for a fix on a laptop.

Does anyone know a complaints email address?

Furious right now.
 
Fell asleep working late and dropped it on power cord... totally my fault but its been a pain in the chuf dealing with dell customer service.
