The Dell Latitude D620 accepts RAM with a speed of 533MHz. Saying this, any DDR2 RAM *should* work, because the system will downclock the speed to match the system's.
Saying this, I would go for PC4200, like you have currently. The system will accept up to 4GB of DDR2 533MHz (PC4200).
The D620 should accept PC5300 667mhz modules really, that's what the intel 945 chipset is capable of, so I'd replace it with any regular DDR2 sodimms.
You might need a BIOS update to get it to run at the right speed but it's unlikely.

That's true. It should be able to handle 667MHz RAM.
If you can, ask a friend / family member with a stick of DDR2 667MHz RAM if you can try it in your notebook.
