Dell Dead Pixel guarantee

Thinking of pulling the trigger on the U3415W on TWO.

Do sell still have this guarantee on their monitors and does it still apply if you do not buy direct from Dell?

I returned a monitor last year due to a single dead pixel after I bought it from OCuk, they replaced without question (well, other than asking what the problem was)
