Dell delivery, what if.....

Has anyone had this happen?

What if i booked for a morning delivery and it doesn't arrive in the slotted time, then i have to go to work.

Then you need to arrange a redelivery on another day.

Happened to me a couple of years ago.

look out though - with the Christmas rush on laptops, Dell's delivery people are kindof hard-stretched. the redelivery estimate is about 35 days at the moment!

That depends entirely on your area of course, as they use various different couriers throughout the country.

Well it didn't arrive so i rang them. turns out they have lost it in the warehouse. even tho the online tracking said it was on it's way! lady said they need to investigate it. GREAT! looks like i won't be getting it anytime soon.
If it's ganna takes ages i'm ganna get a refund and go elsewhere.
