Dell Dimension C521 won't boot XP SP3-HELP

I'm trying to fix my mate's PC Dell Dimension C521 with AMD processor. Basically he updated to SP3 and PC won't boot, just going to loop after XP splash screen. I checked on the net and found out that AMD not compatible with SP3 :confused:

and to uninstall SP3 basically i need to get to safe mode. The thing is i can't get to safe mode at all. I can choose which safe mode and then after choosing OS XP back to loop again? He doesn't the disc from Dell as well. Is there anything i can do to do system restore back to factory setting? I tried ctrl and F11 but not doing anything. Please help :smashin:

Yeah read that already and the thing is i can't even get in to the safe mode?

Try changing the harddrive mode from AHCI to ATA in the bios.

If you have your own xp setup disc, is there a way to remove the Intel driver (which causes the amd crash in sp3) in the recovery console? Just a thought.
