Dell E196FP Vesa mounting help

There are no holes on this monitor which came with a quick release dell stand.
How do I mount this to a 100m vesa arm available.

If you look behind where the stand attaches there should be four screws (or just thread holes) that make up the VESA mounting.

Once removing the stand the monitor came with, I see 4 black screws on corners. Are these the screws you are referring to?

After you remove the stand you should be left with a square hole in the back of the monitor. Inside that hole will be four screws on 100m centres for the VESA mount.

Btw, I have a 1cm thick desk, currently it supports my 5kg monitor, but do you think it will support it once raised on a 5kg vesa arm 60cm higher?

Probably. It'll depend on what it's made from and how the arm mounts to the desk.
