Hello,

About three years ago I bought a manufactures refurbished desktop, it’s a Dell OptiPlex 990, Intel Core i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz, 16.0 GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti, Crucial_CT256M550SSD1 HDD/SSD, Windows 10 Enterprise 64bit.

I’ll admit this wasn’t a fresh install, I bought the new refurbished desktop, took the Crucial SSD out of my old PC and slotted it in.

I was using Driver Booster software for a while but have stopped.

The issue is the fan seems to run at full pelt occasionally, it happens when running Windows Update, at start up/boot, when I took these photos below it was running loud and other times when multitasking.

Any advice also anything I can change from the settings below?
