Tough decision 
i have same price for both models,using 4090@1440p at this moment,i cant make decision which one to buy,i like more dell looks and their QC (didnt have any problem with Dell ever) on the other side with Msi too (just for pc components),Msi might be better for future because of full band. Hdmi 2.1 and it has a slightly better picture but i dont know in reality is that true,not sure if i can use 4090 with 2.1 hdmi for gaming ,there is no info&review ANYWHERE how gaming is affected not using Gsync and DP,if anyone have experience with this models and know the secret using nvidia 4090 with hdmi 2.1 in gaming im open to hear
