Dell inspiron 1545 underclocking ram

Hello

I was ruining some bench marks on my laptop and noticed that my laptop is underclocking my ram, Hear is an image of pc mark http://minus.com/mb3L9U6 and CPU z http://minus.com/mcJKBLY. Now the pc shiped with 800MHZ DDR2 and the upgrade i put in was Crucial part number CT928457 that should run at 800. Whats going on and how can i solve this?

DDR (Double Data Rate) memory runs at twice the speed that CPU-Z shows.

Hence when it says 399.0MHz that's exactly right for 800MHz memory.

Mine for example shows 803.3MHz for my 1600MHz memory.
