Dell Inspiron 3020s - Shutdown Timings

Hi all.

Recently purchased a Dell Inspiron 3020s as a simple machine for the parents to use.

I've noticed that when you go to shut it down, it tells you it's shutting down, the monitor goes off, but the lights on the tower itself can say on from anything between 3-90 seconds?

Not sure what's causing this, or if it's normal?

Everything is up to date in terms of Bios/Drivers/Windows etc. Fast Startup is also disabled by using terminal.

Anyone any suggestions, or is this just a normal Intel thing?

Just feels a bit odd. Sometimes it's within 2/3 seconds of the monitor going off, then other times it's 60-90 seconds later.

Nothing appears off in terms of event viewer errors etc.

Something to just keep an eye on I suppose!

Probably normal, some PCs turn off the monitor really quickly.

Sorted it.

Printer connected via USB. Obviously didn't like it. Removed the device and added it via the network. Seems to have done the trick!
