My girlfriend has a problem with charging her battery for her Dell Inspiron 9300. The battery is at zero so obviously when the power cable is unplugged it switches off straight away. My first thought was to purchase a new battery, so that's what I did.
When the new battery came we plugged it in and to my dispare it still would not charge
The laptop is out of warranty and there doesn't seem to be a problem with the cable. Any ideas ? I'm lost.
