Dell laptop Keyboard faliure.

Hi,

Having a problem with a friends laptop, some of the keys have completely stopped working (spacebar, b, n ,. and /) and i cant seem to fix it.. I completely reinstallled Windows and checked all the bios settings.. and havent made any headway.

This problem seems to specific to be a spillage or something of that sort..

anyone got any suggestions?

Buy a new keyboard, benefit of Dell is spare parts are cheap and easy to obtain.

Watch the ribbon cable on some keyboards very easy to break.
