Dell laptop problem - how do i get them to come out?

Hi there,

Been searching through the DELL website for a while now.

My laptop dvd drive is broken and I simply want them to send someone out to fix it.

My laptop is covered by next working day warranty but i can't find the number/where to email them. I had a look through the documentation i got an i found these:

number: 0870 906 0010

Can anyone verify - and is that a premium rate number?

Why dont you just call the switchboard?

But this is the customer/tech support number.
