dell m90 ordered xp or vista ultimate?

m90 on order with xp t7200 and quadro fx 2500 with xp
just found out vista is now allowed on the network now is it worth swapping the os for vista ultimate ( same price) as vista drivers seem to be updated more often. will game on this machine sometimes!

go for 64bit ultimate, if you buying new you may as well go with vista

are drivers the same as 32 bit?

I got x64 ultimate, would never go back to xp now.

m90 here

paid 1100 with a 3 year next day warranty, playing with vista 64 ultimate
no games installed but got 4670 in 3d mark 06 not bad for a laptop.
text a bit small (1900 x 1200 ) bit very sharp.
will install coh this weekend

With a laptop like that I assume that you do some sort of CAD work? Do your work programs have Vista support?

for the cost could not get anything close
