Dell Mini (Inspiron 910) - SDD failure?

Hi,

A friend's Atom based mini netbook appears to have an issues with it 16GB SSD card.

The BIOS does not seem to detected the size any more? Has it corrupted or failed?

It says : -

Fixed HDD : STEC PATA 16GB-(PM)
HDD Size : 0MB

Any ideas. Windows has disappeared and all I get is 'No Operating System'

I have tried taking out the SDD drive and reinserting, but this did not fix it.

HELP!

it's broken. can't be fix except replace with a new one.
