Dell Monitor warranty and arranging a swap out?

Hi guys,

Finally got round to assembling the new system as I was waiting for the x64 version of windows 7 beta 1 only to find my monitor a brand new DELL s2309 has a vertical row of dead pixels all down the screen :(

Anyone arranged a swap out before and know the procedure? The DELL website seems to be useless when it comes to anything to do with monitor support! Do I just call the customer sevice number on monday and give them my order number customer number etc or is there a better number to call?
