Dell Outlet Any Good?

Im not sure if Dell is a competitor but I doubt it so ill go ahead with the post.
Has anyone used Dell outlet? If so, hows your system? Im interested in a XPS 15 ultrabook and its a lot cheaper when bought from the outlet.
Whats your opinions?

Lots of people here have bought with no problems, very often laptops are good as new cosmetically even when stated "scratch and dent". I've heard of niggly problems where the machine has had to go back and forth a couple of times to resolve everything, but that can happen with brand new too

e: Forgot my own input; Have had two laptops from the outlet, both perfect condition and 100% right. Saved £250 odd, though they were cheap machines to begin with

I recently bought an M14x R2 that was nothing like the description, sent it back for a refund.

I bought an M17x R3 last year and that was perfect!

It can be ok but you cannot expect a perfect deal for less money everytime. If it goes wrong then it is no shock

Ill probably take the risk with the outlet but apparently the XPS 15 has extreme wifi problems.
Can anyone recommend me a sleek ultrabook with a backlit keyboard? Mainly for my studys etc. 1080p screen would be nice.
