Dell Outlet Vostro

Well I finally took the plunge and ordered an outlet Vostro 1700 with most of the bells and whistles. However, though I did this last Saturday I hvae still not had an email and it is apparently not on their sales system.


Anyone else had this problem and how, long did you have to wait?

If you did not get any order acknowledgement by email then I guess the order process failed at some point.

I ordered an Inspiron off the outlet on Sat morning, got notification within 10mins by email. Your meant to get a letter confirming everything within 3-4 working days, I'm still waiting but expect it friday or monday - if you don't get one I'd say it'd definately not on their system mate.

i never got a email confirmation or letter, I ended up phoning them they had received the order but didnt know why id not been informed, luckily id printed it out at time of order so I phoned them and confirmed order over the phone
